How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Each bag carries a roast date—freshly roasted before dispatch. For best results, let the coffee rest after roasting (filters: ~3–7 days; espresso: ~7–14 days) and store in a cool, dry place.
How should media refer to the brand?
